Vanilla / Chocolate cupcakes


Recipe for 12 cupcakes (+-)

Ingredients:

  • 200g sugar
  • 125g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1,5 dl sour cream
  • 180g flour (all purpose)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

1. In a standing mixer, cream together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth.

2. Add the vanilla paste and then add the dry ingredients in two steps, alternating with the sour cream.

3. Fill the cupcake cases (half full) which are placed in a muffin pan.

4. Bake 20 minutes at 180°C.

Kitschcakes tip:

For chocolate, simply add 80g cocoa powder (the best quality you can find !).

      It has enough structure and works perfectly for covering with sugarpaste :-)
