Kick-Ass Popcorn - Kitsch-it in the Kitchen

Ingredients:

  • 250g Butter
  • 120g Air-popped popcorn
  • 400g Light-brown sugar
  • 120ml Corn Syrup
  • 2cc Vanilla paste
  • 3/4cc Salt
  • 1/2cc Baking soda

1) Mix butter, sugar & corn syrup in saucepan.

2) Heat until mixture reaches 125° C.

3) Remove from heat, add salt, baking soda & vanilla.

4) Pour mixture onto the popcorn.

5) Blend in with help of a spatula.

6) Spread caramel popcorn onto baking sheet.

7) Bake at 120° C for 1h20.

    So coool. Wo bekommt man den Maissirup?

      Hallo Daniela !

      Zur Zeit haben wir leider keinen Maissirup an Lager. Wir bekommen ihn aber wieder Mitte April.
