Cookie Dough:
500g Butter (room temperature)
375g Powdered Sugar
4cs Corn Starch
385g Flour
2cc Vanilla Paste

Cream Cheese Buttercream:
200g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
125g Butter
500g Powdered Sugar
2cc Vanilla Paste


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the cookie dough together. Roll out the dough to about 5-7 mm thickness and cut out small circles. Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper and place cookies together - these cookies keep their form while baking therefore you do not need to place them far apart on your baking sheet.
  2. Bake cookies in pre-heated oven at 160° C for 12-13 minutes. Check after 10 minutes: the bottom has to be golden brown. Continue to bake if necessary.
  3. While your cookies are baking start preparing your cream cheese buttercream: Mix all the ingredients for your buttercream together until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
  4. For piping, fill a piping bag with your cream cheese buttercream (preferably at room temperature). You can attach a star nozzle (example number 21 or 24) to give an nice effect to your buttercream while piping.
  5. For decoration add a small cherry cocktail or a few nonparelles to give it that extra touch.

    J'ai suivi la recette à la lettre et à ma grande surprise mes biscuits bien rond se sont agrandis pendant la cuisson... Savez quelle erreur de débutante j'ai pu faire?

      Hello Valentine,

      Merci pour ta question, qui est d'ailleurs une bonne question. Essai d'abaisser ta pâte entre deux feuilles de papier sulfurisée que tu mets ensuite au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 30 minutes. Puis coupe les formes et cuit-les dans un four bien préchauffé à 160°C.
