This cutter produces two perfect strips of gum paste or fondant which are ideal for making bows or as a wide ribbon to put around the sides of cakes. The cutter is open-ended to enable the cutting of long strips. Simply roll out your fondant or gum paste to the desired thickness and cut out the strips. Use an impression mat or colour with dusting powders to provide the finishing touches.
