This is a range of hand-made, edible diamonds made from the sugar-substitute, isomalt.

  • Enable cake decorators to produce beautiful cakes with diamonds.
  • Ideal for weddings and other special occassions.

Technique Remove:

Each diamond using tweezers and apply to the cake. The diamonds must be applied no more than two hours prior to usage of the cake to avoid clouding of the diamonds due to air moisture.

KEY TIP: To permanently prolong the life of the diamond spray with a confectioners glaze spray.

Size: between 5 and 7 mm
