Products

We do our very best to make sure our products are as close to the exact product as possible in both our product images and descriptions. However, certain circumstances may cause actual product size and color to vary from that presented on our website. Please understand that sometimes typographical errors occur. We will never try to intentionally deceive or misrepresent our products.   

All items sold by Kitschcakes are available in limited quantities. For out of stock items, customers will be informed via email. Orders are shipped only when all items are in stock. We do not ship partial orders.  

Return

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with original receipt provided the merchandise is in its original packaging and has not been open.   An exception to this rule is with edible goods.  We do not accept returns on edibles goods due to hygiene issues. 

Order amount

Kitschcakes.ch has the right to limit the order amount. Kitschcakes.ch has also the right to refuse an order. Kitschcakes.ch has the right to hold an order back until the previous order has been paid or an order from a client has not been paid or there is an open payment under the same delivery address.

Vouchers

Kitschcakes.ch offers very affordable conditions to its clients. Therefore, at maximum one voucher can be redeemed per order. To redeem your voucher, please fill in the voucher code into the requested field and its value will be substracted from the total amount immediately. 

Invoicing/Payment reminder

An invoice will be sent per shipment with a payment deadline of 30 days. If the payment has not been received within the deadline Kitschcakes.ch is authorized to raise dunning charges to at least cover the occurring costs partially. The amount invoiced plus possible dunning costs and default interests can be transferred or sold to third parties for encashment.

Payment

First-time clients that pay for the first time for orders can pay using the prepayment option or pay via Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA through Paypal. With the prepayment option, the client will receive the account details in the confirmation email after the order. The account details are:

Payment

For all Kitschcakes customers who have taken part in a workshop or class, it is also possible for payment to be done via payment slip as they are Club-Kitsch members.

Personal information received is utilized strictly for order fulfillment. Personal information will not be shared with third parties and remain strictly confidential.

Responsibility

Customers are personally responsible for the choice and use of all merchandise. Kitschcakes is not responsible for any damages or injury resulting from the use of purchased items.  We do not accept returns of edible goods.
